Based on the Group Analytic model participants will be encouraged to meet together online to share and discuss their feelings, thoughts and events in their lives.Group Analysis has been described as therapy of the group by the group and can be an ideal way of thinking about onesef in relation with others in a contained therapeutic space. | |||
Event Materials: |
Participants will meet together online on a weekly basis. The group members will need to understand that what is said in the group remains within the group, and contact with other members outside the group time is discouraged. The group size is limited to no more than eight people at any given time.
